Shipping & Ordering
Order Lead Time
Typically, we will process orders within one to three (1 to 3) business days. Usually within 24 hours of receiving the order. Order Fulfillment
Fulfillment time could take up to two (2) business days if received before 11AM PST. Order delivery times are set by the selected shipping method. Order Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be emailed to RabbitCBD@RabbitCBDcom and must state “CANCEL” with the order number within two (2) days of the order.
Returns et al
Damaged or Incorrect Shipments
Notify us within 2 days of delivery. Damaged goods are subject to review, and you may be asked to provide photos or other documentation. Qualifying orders will be refunded or replaced at no cost.
Returns
CBD and hemp products are consumables, so returns are generally not accepted. Exceptions are reviewed case by case, and refunds, exchanges, or returns are granted at our discretion. Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

You cover return shipping, and those costs are non-refundable. If return shipping was paid by us, it will be deducted from your refund. We recommend a trackable service or insurance for valuable items.

We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange, or to apply different conditions, if these terms are not met.
Privacy Policy
Rabbit CBD Co. is operated by Salad Fork Enterprises LLC, Spokane, Washington.
OUR POSITION
Some companies collect everything they can, keep it forever, and sell it to whoever asks. We think that's a bad way to treat people, and it's a especially bad way to treat people buying a wellness product they might like to keep private.
So our policy is simple: we collect the minimum required to sell you something and get it to your door. We don't sell your data. We don't rent it. We don't build a profile on you. We don't hand it to advertisers. What we have, we keep only as long as we need it.
This document explains exactly what that means.
WHAT WE COLLECT
When you place an order:
- Your name, shipping address, billing address, email, and phone number
- What you ordered
- Your age confirmation (a yes or no, not your birthdate)
We do NOT collect or store your credit card number. Payment card data goes directly to our payment processor and never touches our systems.
When you visit the site:
- Basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and which pages you viewed. This is standard server activity data used to keep the site running and secure.
If you sign up for email:
- Your email address, and whether you opened or clicked. That's it.
WHAT WE DON'T DO
- We do not sell your personal information. Not to data brokers, not to advertisers, not to anyone.
- We do not share your purchase history with third parties for marketing.
- We do not run behavioral advertising pixels or cross-site tracking on this website.
- We do not require an account to buy something.
- We do not ask for your date of birth, ID, or any document to browse or purchase.
WHO WE SHARE WITH, AND ONLY BECAUSE WE HAVE TO
To actually ship you an order, a few companies necessarily see part of your information:
- Our e-commerce platform (Ecwid by Lightspeed), which hosts the store and processes orders
- Our payment processor, which handles the transaction and is bound by card network security rules
- Shipping carriers (USPS, UPS), which need your address to deliver the package
- Our email provider, if you've opted into marketing
These are service providers, not partners. They are permitted to use your information to perform their function for us and nothing else.
COOKIES
We use the cookies necessary to make the site work: keeping your cart, remembering your age confirmation, and maintaining your session. Your age confirmation is stored locally in your own browser and is not transmitted to us.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, we honor it.
DISCREET SHIPPING
Orders ship in plain packaging. The return label reflects our business name without product description. Your neighbors, your mail carrier, and anyone else handling the box learn nothing about what's inside.
HOW LONG WE KEEP THINGS
We retain order records as long as required for tax, accounting, and regulatory purposes, which is generally seven years under federal and Washington state law. Server logs are retained for a short operational period and then discarded. Marketing email addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.
If you want your information deleted sooner and we are not legally required to keep it, ask us and we'll delete it.
YOUR RIGHTS
Regardless of where you live, you can ask us to:
- Tell you what information we have about you
- Correct anything that's wrong
- Delete your information
- Stop sending you email
- Confirm we haven't sold your data (we haven't)
Email us and we'll handle it. We won't charge you, and we won't retaliate by degrading your service or pricing.
Washington residents: Washington's My Health My Data Act gives you additional rights regarding consumer health data, including the right to withdraw consent and request deletion. Contact us to exercise them.
California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and other state residents: your state privacy law rights are available to you through the same process above.
LAW ENFORCEMENT
We will not voluntarily hand over customer information. We require valid legal process, meaning a subpoena, court order, or warrant, and we will object to requests that are overbroad or improper. Where we are legally permitted to notify you that your information has been requested, we will.
SECURITY
The site runs over encrypted connections. Access to order data is limited to people who need it to run the business. No system is perfectly secure, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling something, but we take this seriously and we keep the attack surface small by simply not hoarding data in the first place.
CHILDREN
This site is intended for adults 21 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. If we learn that we have, we'll delete it.
CHANGES
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. If the change is significant, we'll say so plainly rather than burying it.
