This is a big jar at 85 grams net weight; that's 20 servings or more. 

50mg CBD:CBG blend per TBSP; 1000mg CBD:CBG per jar (that's 500mg CBD, 500mg CBG to be exact.)

Scoop 1 TBSP of instant espresso blend into 6–8 oz of hot water and stir until fully dissolved. Adjust to taste.

For a richer cup, add your favorite syrup, flavored creamer (vanilla, caramel, hazelnut, etc.) or sweetener and cream.

Try Iced! 

Dissolve 1 TBSP of espresso in an oz or two of boiling water, 

Add a  of flavored creamer and milk to make an instant iced latte.
